About Hanali

Initially starting her career in the hospitality industry, Hanali has predominantly worked in sales and administration roles until discovering her love of the recruitment space over a decade ago.

Working in both agency and in-house spheres ranging from office support to executive leasing Hanali understands how important the recruitment process is to both the candidate and the client. She derives a true sense of satisfaction from placing a candidate into an environment where there is a values alignment.

Hanali is driven by the necessity to deliver exceptional service and professionalism and believes that the recruitment journey should be a positive experience for all parties involved.

About Melissa

More than 20 years working in a variety of roles from reception to general management in small and medium sized businesses and a few years in the corporate world has given Melissa the ability to quickly identify what is working well and what are areas for development. This allows Melissa to add different perspectives and value to all projects she undertakes.


Melissa has a strong understanding of business; systems and operations, sales and marketing, communications, personal and professional development, manufacturing processes, export market development, wholesale trade and retail sales.

Recognising that education was a key factor for growth Melissa graduated with the Executive MBA (Masters in Business and Administration) at Auckland University.  Melissa is passionate about assisting others to reach their potential.  Melissa’s key strength is her ability to keep things simple.
