Initially starting her career in the hospitality industry, Hanali has predominantly worked in sales and administration roles until discovering her love of the recruitment space over a decade ago.
Working in both agency and in-house spheres ranging from office support to executive leasing Hanali understands how important the recruitment process is to both the candidate and the client. She derives a true sense of satisfaction from placing a candidate into an environment where there is a values alignment.

More than 20 years working in a variety of roles from reception to general management in small and medium sized businesses and a few years in the corporate world has given Melissa the ability to quickly identify what is working well and what are areas for development.
